My check engine light came on at 6pm on a weekday- I called these guys who stayed open a little longer just so I could drop it off and not be bothered the next morning and be late for work. These guys are great and well experienced. They did the oil change for my 2017 Ford Mustang within an hour (at Ford San Leandro dealership, it took over 4 hours!) and able to spot any additional problems. I used to go to the dealers to get my car maintenance. I felt that going to the dealers meant that I got to get the good service for a high price. Then, I got charged for a $200 diagnosis and they came back to me saying that they didn’t know what was wrong, but they suggested to replace a whole part anyway. The level of customer service is exemplary. They were very thorough in explaining what was going on with my car by physically showing me. In addition to being detailed in what it would take to repair it. Unfortunately it’s hard to find honest mechanics. T&L sets the example of what working with an honest mechanic should be like.

My 96 Prelude was having trouble shifting gears. I asked for a trans fluid drain and fill but they’re so good they said it’s not worth it and won’t fix my problem. Ivan recommended a diagnostic check to see what’s the issue. They found that my master cylinder was leaking and a couple more concerns. They fixed it up right away in 1 day. They gave me a very detailed description of what’s wrong with my vehicle and estimates. They are very organized and love what they do!
